This is a testimonial from a recent patient who completed the six month smile treatment
“I was very self conscious when smiling and would cover my mouth. I felt that the treatment would be too intrusive and with the brace being white and on for a relatively short period of time I could live with it. It is expensive but affordable compared to other treatments.
although it was uncomfortable for the first month it was fairly painless after that. The results have been worth it and achieved in a short period of time.
Nadim has provided me with a first class service appointments have been at times to suit me and his assistants have bee friendly and helpful short term pain for long term gain …”
thanks
Louise
This is a recent testimonial from a patient just completed the six month smile brace.
Before having the six month smile I rarely smiled and hated showing my teeth. I was always paranoid abut showing my teeth and used to cover my mouth when I laughed or smiled in public. After researching the possibilities had to correct my teeth, I eventually came across the six month smile. After seeing photos of before and afters and reading other testimonials knew this was the treatment I needed. I was really excited to get a consultation now that I have had the six month smiles braces I would definitely say this was the best treatment and I am over the moon with the end results.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is considering getting their teeth corrected
I would also like to say a big thank you to Nadim Sophie and Karen for giving me the perfect smile

Recently also been getting quite a few questions about tooth wear and why are my teeth wearing away so i guess this is a good time to cover this area here as well.
Tooth wear can be due to a number of different reasons although it can be grouped into four areas
1, Tooth wear due to bruxism or grinding this can be due to a habit at night or during the day the exact reason for grinding is not known in most cases although it can be a stress relieving habit. If you think you grind your teeth you may find your muscles are sore or you have a sore jaw in the mornings due to the excessive pressure.
2, Tooth wear due to erosion this can be due to a very acidic diet so if your having alot of food which is acidic in nature then this can cause the teeth to wear down. Some of the main foods which cause this can be fizzy drinks and citric drinks like orange juice. If you think this may be happening then a good idea to look at your diet if you need help with this then we can help you with a diet sheet to record everything
3,Excessive brushing can result in wear of the teeth also there are a few toothpastes which can be abrasive in nature be careful to use only light pressure which brushing
4, Tooth wear can also be to internal acids if you have an eating disorder or if you have gastric reflux then this can result in an acidic environment in your mouth causing tooth wear if you need advice on this then there is a great website for further help seed eating disorders
so there are a few other reasons and also in most people we find that the tooth wear is due to a combination of factors so if your concerned about your teeth wearing away then give us a call on 01772 717316. Want to know more about why are my teeth short, contact us today!
