I found out about Lifestyle Dental through the Website and I came in because it was the closet clinic. I was unhappy with my teeth and I did not smile. When I did smile I didn’t show my teeth. I have had some veneers done and now when I smile I show all my teeth and am very happy.

My friends and family all like my new smile.

We often get asked many questions about braces and clear braces here are the most common ones answered

What are they?

Clear braces come in a few different types and varieties there are clear aligners and then inman aligners

They fit on to the teeth and push teh teeth into the correct alignment

Will be painful?

A little uncomfortable. For a few days after you first get a brace, usually painkillers can resolve the matter

How long will it take?

Clear braces can take a little longer that metal braces although this is very much dependent upon the amount of aligment or movement is required.

How do I clean my teeth with them?

depending upond the type of brace you have the dentist or hygienst can advise you and give you a programme to suit you.

Its great at the moment the sun is shining and it is really really hot. People tend to be more happy and will generally smile more which is great too. The sun can be good and bad for health like everything else in moderation is fine altough too much too often and it will cause problem. The sun promotes Vitamin D promotion which is essential in the development in healthy bones. Too much sun can cause premature aging and in some cases carcinomas

so enjoy the sun and like everything else in moderation is a good thing
