We have had a new sign placed outside Lifestyle Dental to help people locate the practice easily. We have also had installed a brand new Blind into the practice window this helps keep the sun out and also has helped create a little more realxing atmosphere in the louge area.

As summer approaches (we all hope) it will generally get warmer and hotter. if your get thirsty and want a dirnk there are a few things to bear in mind
1, excessive fizzy drinks can cause the wearing down of enamel on your teeth the best way to enjoy these is in moderation and chilled and through a straw if possible
2, Dont brush your teeth straight after having a carbonated or fizzy drink as this can cause further damage to the teeth
3, many of the drinks do also contian high levels of sugar so just be aware
4, water is probably the best thirst quenching drink available and its on tap too
enjoy the sun when it arrives
